For example if he addressing learned types like governor, industrialists it is more polished and when he address general public it is more to their level. Agreed! Even the small nuances..in his antics and dialectic sensibilities he throws at audience reaches close to people's heart... forget about the last part of marring CBN....Rest part of the video..with water grid project to eliminate flouride problem which has been killing people since 5decades... I appreciate his work on that issue n also electricity ...

I like CBN for his previous work In the state ..and pissed off of his slow paced dev in AP... Like KCR for dynamism and commitment to work... I would say im insider for both the places...rather than outsider....

That many of those 'learned' types agree with KCR about swachh campaign shows they are not actually learned or were forced into that function.
