Visa modernization doesn't happen overnight..at least it hasn't rolled back to 2005 whole process is wrong...letting EB3 port, country limits, so on.....no parity or rationale about how they are operating.... anyone with a little common sense can say the process is wrong, don't they know it...? Doing a mistake knowingly, leads me to believe there is something going on in the background... Not sure how much rvenue they get from EAD renewals, and other provisional renewals....think in those lines....
KillChillPandey Posted June 10, 2015 Report Posted June 10, 2015 Those rules are already laid firm what can we do? They are working on visa modernization. Overnight they cannot stop eb3 portability.. Eb3 will cry foul that they are on disadvantage. They donn think abt eb2 only. There are lot of legal and administrative blocks.. All we can hope is by end of year 140 ead thing kicks off else the wait period is always standard 3 to 5 years for eb2..
