Vaampire Posted June 10, 2015 Report Posted June 10, 2015 then i said if you are seriuos about offering me FT , then i can bear attorney fee then manager said he will think about it wrong step by. by law, employer has to bear the expenses for h1b and attorney few. consultancies picha lite. vallu un-official ga h1b fee pettukomantaru. and also according to records, consultancies h1b fee pay chesi nattu untadi. i dont think it will be same with FT. nuvvu h1b & attorney fee chesthey, mee company records lo aa fee pay chesinattu undadu. its always risky
Vaampire Posted June 10, 2015 Report Posted June 10, 2015 i would rather advice you accept for less salary instead of u paying for attorney fee
