Silent_Boy Posted June 11, 2015 Report Posted June 11, 2015 cool mama, congrats on your new house but can you say for sure that the good experience you had with your builder will be the same with all builders out there? what's wrong in getting inspections and shopping around for mortgage lenders and attorneys? my Builder is richmond american homes... one of the best in city. Was looking only their homes... You are true, did lot of research to find this builder and. Was also searching good lender but find out that this guy is matching price with others .... so just went with him to get benefited for those $8K bucks.
