Hi bro. This is a online realestate trading site. I had a call with their agent this afternoon.

 

SmartOwner ties up with well known real estate developers/builders in and around bangalore. All legal verifications will be completed before listing the properties for sale to customers. 

 

After talking to them, seems everything genuine and reliable. But would like to verify the profit percentages if anyone have already done the business with them.
