but tagadam tagginchaka bane tagganu :)

 

nenu mandu toh paatu tindi kuda tinta stuff ani tokkani.. anduke basically calories ekkuva avtunnai.. so itz better to not drink.. eppudu edo occassaion unte tappa tagodi ani bhisminchinaa.. every weekend aithey pakka 12 pack padedi :) so next 3 months fully diet and workout dedicated..

I started with 6 weeks jim Stoppani..vadu cheppina supplements not following yet.. but program looks good.. after 6 weeks will review where i stand and will go further.. short goals petkuntunna as of now...

Yep program looks good.. aah supplements teskovatam na valla kaadu my stomach is not taking protein good.. so only food + Optimen Vitamins + Fish Oils thats it.. No pre post workout supplements.. 6 weeks tarvata chusta emaina changes cheyyala vadda ani.. 2 weeks ee ayyindi start chesi :(

yeah protein intake baga doola teeripoyedi...nenu just food + whey teeskune vadni

vallu cheppinantha protein teskovali antey manamu antha lift kuda cheyyal kada weight.. edo 100 /200lbs bench koditey point undi more protein like he suggested in program.. nen inka 40lbs batch ee..
