I watched KTR from close quarters when he was Bay Area and I was in attendence for 3 of the conferences he attended....I feel he elected the ministry which is apt for his personality and he has got immense knowledge of the happenings  and know hows of software/hardware industry. For example when he was at Cisco he talked about IoT and when he was in Seatle he invited Amazon to bring their cloud/AWS platform and setup a datacenter in TG. How many IT ministers in India can talk about IoT or AWS or even know the terminology? These are some sensibilties which increase your milege when you are talking to someone like CEOs/CIOs becuase they like people who understand their business rather than saying free..free..freee for everything...like..meedi tenali..madi teenale types

 

I am especiialy suprised the amount of effort KTR is putting in pushing the startup ecosystem..most of his talk revolved around that and he was busy meeting legandary people here seeking their suggestions and mentorship for developing a ecosystem back home.

thats true..delegation is the important quality of a leader, KCR is lucky to have good follow up and that too from his family..all of them are good orators with awesome presense of mind. Even for that matter Kavita is also good orator.
