My uncle was a contractor in Gundlapet close to Bandipur Forest , it was awesome , we used to see wild elephants often 

and we are almost 2 km from the Nearest village in Forest Guest house , it was back in mid 90's 

back  than they had a GUN to protect themselves 

 

Jeep was used to travel deep into forest , 

 

Eppudu Forest lo undali anta pack avuthundi , thinking about all those elephants attacks and animal attacks 

scary

I was there when i was in 1st or 2nd class , we stayed for the whole summer holidays , don't remember if there is any importance to place

we  were not in Gundlapet exactly , but we were close to forest , 

Chala sarlu elephants chusthunde and chinna chinna animals

 

Never felt scared , but now appudu appudu TV news lo Elephant attacks chusthe pack avuthundi 

 

Lot of people think elephant is Sadu janthuvu , but it can be the worst killer of all
