I will eat only regular 3 meals and if i feel hungry in between i will replace junk with fruits... I will keep posting here as I progress so that atlas this tread keeps me motivated.... Start eating right with one meal (like breakfast) and eventually apply that to other meals (like lunch and dinner) Avoid meat /outside food/ sugar. Prefer vegetables and fruits. Workout at least 20 mins/3 times in a week. Drink lot of water 1
