dont buy any junk food. when its not within the reach obviously  u r not gonna eat so buy fruits n nuts. n as for exercise.

 

do cardio n weights alternative days. start slow n increase the workout if its getting easy. for detailed workout plan db lo chala threads vunnai velee search chey.
