I am not sure if you guys are  talking about EPIC Clarity...if so I have little idea. It is just like RED ETL tool, but EPIC Clarity lo two key steps untayi in an ETL process.  The first part is the data extraction.  tab delimited format lo extract chestham with .EXT extension before it is loaded into Clarity or any other database.
