papacha Posted June 15, 2015 Report Posted June 15, 2015 Dear Friends Letter from Mayana K I have been diagnosed with both kidney failure and has been transplanted by a kidney, which is donated by my father.My family consists of 6 members consisting of both the parents, wife, and two children(9th grade and 7th grade).My occupation for living is agriculture.As my status of income is bad I am not able to provide for my family and children education and not able keep up with my medicine. I am in desperate in need of your help for providing my medicine. My medicine are provided by hospital through Director(Nephro-urology department), OPD no - 54744 Nephro-urology department Victoria campus. My medicine cost around 100$(6000 RS) per month and to be taken for life long.
