H4 Visa Stamping Doubt

Ma wife ki H4 visa stamping ayipothadhi this week..

 

If I change the client next month and I will do Amendment next month with the new client...Do my wife need to go again for H4 visa stamping if I do Amendment change as she is coming in october to USA>
