solman Posted June 15, 2015 Report Posted June 15, 2015 There were reports that Telangana's CM KCR had threatened last month to his MLA's that if they fail to win the fifth MLC seat then he wouldn't mind going in for fresh elections. This was a shocking revelation then. But now sources say something similar may be in the offing in Telangana state. If reports are to be believed, KCR, who is not that happy with the current count of MLA's has resorted to poaching of leaders from other parties. But to make sure his party remains unassailable for next five years from now, KCR is planning something seen as a stunning devlepment as and when it happens. Telugu states are facing elections every time along with Lok Sabha from 1999 and KCR wants to end this and hence like Tamil Nadu, he wants state elections to be after Lok Sabha, in 2020 than 2019.Moreover, the big issue now is credibility of Chandrababu Naidu and TDP in Telangana including low morale of Congress. KCR is planning that in case of Babu being shielded in final moments by NDA in the latest scam, then he may be dissolving cabinet and hence after a long gap, he has taken out anti-Andhra campaign recently. He can accuse BJP of collusion with Babu, hit Congress which is very weak now and atleast gain 80-90 MLA's by own strength. KCR feels he can wipe away T-TDP when the latest scandal is still fresh in public memory and also boast of his own strength than poaching leaders.
