H-1B petitions returned after not being selected in the lottery

Today’s the day. We have received the first shipment of H-1B petitions that were returned after not being selected in the FY 2016 lottery. This is just the beginning, we received 16 today. We are expecting many, many more over the next week or two. These came from both Vermont and California Service Centers. This year, both service centers included a stamped date on the notice and these were stamped around June 10th. Stay tuned for more information on the returned petitions!
