Didn't get your question,  desi bodies antey?? okesari 200+ lbs kothaga start chesinapudu ethuthey.. ye body ayna thatukoledu.  U got to start slowly, eat well, apudu yee body  ayna okatey...

know ur limits start with ketabells ssingle hand raises or start with 10 pound plates...or Use assisted bars to gain initial experience...any body can get hurt there back if they don't know how to lift with Balance
