Crossfit is for puzzy azz betches. Man up and lift some motherf*king weights. And as far as deadlifts are concerned..you ain't gonna lift sh*t if you do kipping or some other hippy BS. First go to a real gym strengthen your lower back and then go for deadlifts.

I am going to crossfit from 3 months..chala change anipistundi..staring lo full body pains..no more now

As long you keep your back straight without pushing wait on to your waist you are safe..

Do enough warm up and take protien
