To stay neutral in a conflict between strong and week(I mean by the number of MLA's in the state assembly)......doesn't mean to be neutral....but to take the side of the strong.

Dude, forget about MLAs and the strength of regions..adi kadhu point ikkada..JP neutral ga undadam thappu analedu..hot hot ga unna environment ni cool cheyadaniki try chesadu..media ki kuda class teeskunnadu..kani tangible solution propose cheyaledu emi..3rd tier federalism, district govts solution ani cheppadu..kani practical  ga alochiste ippudu unna conflict resolve avvali kadha mundhu..nenu dani gurinchi matladanu..aina telangana anedi oka emotional issue chesesi, bill pedite vastundi ani cheptunnaru..state division anedi chinna issue kadu kadha..it has national level repercussions..if language is not a marker for state division anymore, then there should be a new marker..every state is different n situations r different but largely, there has to be consistency in the way the issue is dealt with..

i don't know if u clearly understood me or not..........but what i understood in December was that JP behaved neutral, and that behavior didn't mean he was actually neutral but was inclined towards one side.........and that's wat my I meant with my first statement......hope u get it

Agreed. It is projected to be inclined towards united AP. Kani JP chala sarlu cheppadu.. both sides must compromise ani..and he also stressed on the fact that govt of india oka statement ichaka, it cannot back track and he said, telangana isthe adhemi swargam avvadu, alane catastrophe kuda kadhu ani.. deenni evaru highlight cheyatledu kadha telangana supporters mari.. ippudu telangana ki inclined anatte kadha..or atleast it looks like he has accepted the decision ane kadha..
