BillMarkSteve Posted June 16, 2015 Report Posted June 16, 2015 For 10 Years, I’ve Been Climbing And Photographing The Polish Tatra Mountains
BillMarkSteve Posted June 16, 2015 Author Report Posted June 16, 2015 I am Karol Nienartowicz, a 30 year old mountain photographer from Poland. For 10 years I have been climbing and photographing Tatras – the highest mountains in Poland. The first time I went to the Tatras was in 2005. Then I won my first photo contest in which the prize was a weekend in pension in Zakopane – the capital of Tatra Mountains. From that moment I have crossed in Tatra’s 740 km and I have beat the sum of altitude difference equal 51 000 m. The Tatras are one of the most beautiful high mountain ranges in Europe – next to the Alps, the Pyrenees and the Dinaric Alps. Tatra Mountains is a world of rock, alpine meadows and emerald green lakes.
