I want to help my younger brother but I dont know much details and which one would be best option /suggestion for him..asking your opinions guys.. .

My brother has completed B tech comp 10 years ago and is working for an IT company in India,

He is looking for coming to the US on an H1 and work here but as you all might know it is all luck
and was seeking for my suggestions on what steps he has to take next

I see below 3 options

1. Apply H1B from India in year 2016 through a consultancy ( please pm consultancies who have filed H1's from India this year..many thanks)

2. write GRE and do MS ( with minimum course period) and then start applying for H1's after MS ... long shot though...

PS : I have not done Master's in US so I dont know much on this and fees etc ..at this stage in life it might be costly for him ( post average expenses for doing an MS ..please )

3. Apply for Canada ( I think the job opportunities very less compared to US) and antha veeze kaadanukuntaaa..to get Canadian Visa ( I might be wrong)

Appreciate your kind and valuable responses...

all the best for Chittinaidu,Tom_bhayya, buddy, arya_ Idly_Vishwanatham, chin_chan_chow ,scrooge and mustang

Dude.. MS cheyyalanukunte f1 try cheyyamanu visa chances r Gud as he has experience. Ledante best option is apply h1 from India or come through a company on site. Mi githa a option try chesina ee vayasu lo badha padathadu... Manchi life ni disturb cheskovoddanu. Don't b greedy b smart. U will b successful.

yes genuine 10 yrs exp undi and his final destination is US ..India lo working for an mnc ( not top though) and current project lo options are bleak..he would have to change projects internally and try..but that takes lot of time...but definitely worth trying...thanks for your suggestion bro..
