I want to help my younger brother but I dont know much details and which one would be best option /suggestion for him..asking your opinions guys.. .

 

My brother has completed B tech comp 10 years ago and is working for an IT company in India,

 

He is looking for coming to the US on an H1 and work here but as you all might know it is all luck

and was seeking for my suggestions on what steps he has to take next

 

I see below 3 options

 

1. Apply H1B from India in year 2016 through a consultancy ( please pm consultancies who have filed H1's from India this year..many thanks)

 

2. write GRE and do MS ( with minimum course period)  and then start applying for H1's after MS ... long shot though...

 

PS :     I have not done Master's in US so I dont know much on this and fees etc ..at this stage in life it might be costly for him ( post average expenses for doing an MS ..please )

 

3. Apply for Canada ( I think the job opportunities very less compared to US) and antha veeze kaadanukuntaaa..to get Canadian Visa ( I might be wrong)

1) For which company is he working for in india ? 

ask him to change to MNCs who have clients in US... 

2) since he has genuine 10 yrs exp, direct apply for giant Vendor based companies, giant IT companies (AMZ, FB, MSFT, Twitter, etc) . who knows might me lucky
