After 12 rounds of Surya namaskara and also Nadi shodana pranayama , kapalabrathi and 10 min of Vajrasana 

they used to let us relax for 5 min , asalu entha happy ga untdi Shavasana, good think when you work out you need enough time for all your muscles to relax which savasana does , 

 

It did wonders to me

Few years back solid ga 6 months chesa , toooooooooooooo much improvement in health , face lo glow and fitness was good 

i did teach yoga occasionally when the teacher was not available may be one month ala 

did practice for few years after i left india , but slow ga stopped practicing in US , 

 

Weird fact , me and my friend are the only two guys who were in 20's and rest of all were in late 40's 

 

Fun Fact : I always used to face to door or window , because most of these old uncles asana vesetappudu  BOMBS vadulutharu 

center lo kurchunte kampu koduthundi ani door ke close ga kurchuntunde 

 

Interesting fact , My teacher was 75 yr old retired engineer , athani face lo chala glow undedi , you can easily believe he is in 50's 

and also he was diabetic for many years but after starting yoga for 10 years he stopped taking any medications , perfectly healthy 

Run's 5 km easy ga 

 

YOGA IS GOOD FOR HEATLH
