Yentha istharu ante cheppadam kastam, but join only if its your last resort offshore people laga manam hardwork cheyyalem.

FilmAdmirer Posted June 17, 2015 Report Posted June 17, 2015 Bhayya never ever join desi companies, recent gaa margin optimization ani nannu offshore vaadi tho replace chesaaru with 3 days notice..luckily I found different job in same office very next day...as someone mentioned above they take contractors only when they don't have full time resource available. As soon as they get one they will replace you immediately, so better don't join, even if you join keep looking for new job and ready for change.
