Judge: How is that relevant Wife: He found out about the affair because I wrote in journal. This guy reads other people's journals and private stuff. That is breach of privacy Husband: I have pictures Wife: This guy takes pictures of people without of their knowledge. That is breach of privacy Judge: Did you have an affair or not Wife: Me having an affair is irrelevant. If he did not breach my privacy he would not have found out about the affair Judge: So you did have an affair Wife: No i didn't. He breached my privacy that is a bigger offense. I want to sue him for breaching my privacy Judge: Are these pictures yours ? Wife: No they are not. They are fakes Judge: So he did not breach your privacy Wife: Yes he did.
