(1 Million means at least 5 lakh to&fro journeys). It suits Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi and the likes. Even there they run with deficits. A newly formed state like AP cannot afford that travel costs. Its foolish to force Govt employees to use Metro and pay huge travel tickets. When there is an option for Rs.20/- to get into VJA from as long as 30-40 Kms why would people spend thousands to stay in VJA and use Metro? Even the common man thinks so..so who will travel on it?
