aditya_kota Posted June 20, 2015 Report Posted June 20, 2015 As long as you a copy of your I140 approval /receipt number and even if your employer revokes your i140, you can still port your OLD PD with new employer but the trade off is you would have to start the process from starting from Labor Certification, then i140 during this time you will submit your old PD and its documentation. I did the same and treat this as first hand information. But if your Job offer can wait, i would recommend that you wait until the "pre-register" is approved which was introduced about during immigration reform bill last year. Hope this helps!

vasu123 Posted June 20, 2015 Author Report Posted June 20, 2015 Do we need to wait 6 months after i-140 approved? Does employer really loose control to withdraw or revoke 140 after 6 months, some people saying employer can withdraw or revoke any time, there nothing like 6 months wait and all, this is confusing. Na daggara photo copy soft copy 140 undi, is it enough? Or do we need original. What is pre-registered, ippudu nenu H1 transfer pettukovala or should i wait. I don't wanna loose 140 because recently got approved, also i want full time due to these amendment issues and movings. Experts please suggest. Thanks
