Hi all,i used to work at client location and  h1 got filed from same place....i got remote option to work now...

 

my concern is 

 

maa employer gadu h1b appudu lca both client and employer places tho chesdanta so vademo no need for amendment nuvvu maa location lo cvhestunnav ani cheptha annadu....

 

nenu employer place pakka state lo untunna

Amendment is needed only when you go for stamping... Until and unles uscis comes to your location at client (filed in lca) to verify you do not need it.... If you want to be extra cautious then amendment is needed

Na question enti ante when applied for lca it will be for both client and employer location undi..do i still need to do amendment on h1b though iam not at employer loctaion.

 

edo rule vochindi u need amendmend h1 annaru kada...adi naku apply avutada..
