Konni states lo Receipt Notice chupisthe renew chestaru. But konni states lo not possible. H1 extend ayyake license renew avudhi.Nothing can be done. Depends on your state laws.

Bairagi ba..there is 240 DAY renewal rule for all the H1B's under process either extension or new H1B. Nuvve ee state License vadthavo naaku teliyadu, but google chey "240 day license renewal" ani you will get to know.

 

Other option enti ante you can go to DMV with your receipt number, even that works(but only few states), so check your state DMV website

actually H1 receipt tho work avtundi konni sarlu..... but sometimes receipt accept cheyaka potey chesedi emi ledu...... u have to wait......

 

SAVE program ani untadi and konni states avi consider chestayi ...... so look for the options......... sept lo expire ayitundi kada inka apply cheyaleda extension ki.............

Monna ma frnd lo cheyinchukunadu. tanadhi kuda ee sep ki ayipotundi h1.. but he got renewed for 5yrs.. its about NY state..not sure abt other states
