breakfast tarvatha  office lo full nidra vastundi  va asalu,....lunch lo full thinnnaka kuda asalu nidra raadhu...kaani breakfast tarvatha maatram full sleepy untadi...idi emanna helath problem aaa? what to do

night padukune time kuda calculate cheskovali ga.. so i go to sleep by 1:00am +/- 30 mins :)

 

but that's not sufficient actually bye1.. i'm trying to change it.

its not sleep cycle iguess,.. .breakfast option change seyyalanulunta..na breakfast bread, cereals, milk ..high carbs unna food tinte ila sleepy untadi anta..google chste telsindi... i
