Visa Status And Stamping Help Needed..!

need help.

 

one of my friend didn't get H1 this year and is in CPT on X college. Intial F-1 stamping is ending in next two months. He wants to go to India in next Jan for marriage. So Please share what are the different options to have stamping done or extended.

 

Or suggest what other best ways he has in this situation.
