Guys need some help starting a consulting firm. I have so many contacts in IT field and helped others to make money with my contacts.

I am planning to start my own company instead of making money for others.

My priority is being a prime vendor instaed of filing H1B or hiring employees. Could any one you started a business in california can please

let me know how to start the paper work. I am plannig to start business on my spouces H4 EAD.Can we start busienss and home location(apartment) or do we need rent business location.Please suggest.
