One of my friend ki H1B query padindi and the attroney is going to send the response this week for query. If the H1b is rejected in how many days can he apply for a new H1B. evaru ayina company apply chestey vidu country vadilli velli stamping cheskoni ravali aa??.. He also have visiting and F2 Visa stamps still valid on his passport. What can he do please suggest.
