This got extended for 1 more year (just yesterday chepparu - initially project is until june 30); but anyhow 3 months tarwatha - they might ask me to leave (not sure). Problem is that there is nothing new I can learn here about my technology. I got a new job with Wipro as a vendor, as a tech lead role managing the offshore. I have to start the job by July 6. At least there will be something more to learn here. But I have to do h1 amendment. Also, relationship with Wipro manager might be bad if I leave :( I haven't done any h1 stamping until now. so I am in a dilemma whether to go to India with state client letter and get stamping done in july/august accepting this extension OR move to Wipro role do an amendment and later go for stamping. Any suggestions pls?
ajjusadda Posted June 26, 2015 Report Posted June 26, 2015 If you amend your H1 how many years will you get the H1 for? Will you pay the fees for amendment? Decide based on these two i guess as u are comfortable to take up the new job.

If you take up wipro project, you won't learn anything except interacting with client, managing offshore team, and production moves....after 2-3 months, they will starting asking you to convert full time with them...

Kukka bratuku aipotadi...same with TCS and CTS... apic elo pani..malli intiki ragane india timings lo meetings...akkada unna batch overaction lu tattukolem.. (not all...) peace of mind sanka nakipoi....bratuku bus stand kanna heenam ga utnadi... better to stay in the same project..and learn on ur own.. spend soem time at home..to upgrade urself...if u feel u r learning nothing new.... world of internet is abaundant with vast resources for learning...
