avuna..i never see any bhayya..at max i saw chineese accupunture..but i never saw any meditation centers bahyya..may be i missed them..BTW i spent most of time in east London high streets...

Been to vipassana twice . Gurram guda in hyd. Vipsssana 10 days course twice chesanu. Great sadhana. It's just like doing tapasya in this modern times.

10 days course untadi away from home

Daily morning have to wake up at 4 am , 5 am to 6.30 am meditation. 6.30 to 7 am break fast then 8 to 11.45 am meditation, 11.45 am ki lunch then 2 to 5 .30 pm meditation 5.30 pm snacks then 7 to 9 pm discourse Buddha pravachanas then 9 pm sleep lights off

First 4 days they will teach u then later practise., result will be too good , it's just like detoxifying body, soul.
