 ‘She Shuttles’, an exclusive bus service for women employees in the IT corridor in the Cyberabad area was launched on Monday morning. The buses will ply on all the main roads, connecting Hitech City, Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur and other areas from 8 am to 11 pm. Concerned about inadequate public transport facilities, safety issues and women employees wary of hiring cabs, there was a demand for exclusive buses for women travelling alone, especially at night.
