First, if you are on H1.. make sure you have h1 from another company. #2. Consult a attorney, if you and your company don't have any agreement. It doesn't matter if its 25% per hour or 100% per hour. What matters is, they have to pay you the agreed amount.

 

there is no bond concept in us.

Employer name please. Make sure u hire a lawyer and file a case against him. Black list lo padali employer.
