dont know if this will work in your case...

ask them to send a legal notice to your employer..saying that they are representing your case and they would take them to court if the issue is not settled.

 

ila chesthe 2 things may happen:

 

1. employer murthy.com lanti attorney notice vachindhi ante..bhaya padi settle chesestadu..if he cannot explain the "LIQUID DAMAGES"

2. if employer is confident he can show proof of liquid damages (any contract you signed) then he will ask attorney to go ahead....at that time you can drop off because you are screwed anyway.
