Condo - Not recommended (unless its a place like Newyork, Bay area, Newport)

Townhome - HOA fee (variable and increasing) + restrictions on renting + less space compared to full house. Note: Few areas town homes do not have a basement

House - Cons - Maintenance + Heavy taxes, Pros - Your own place and can do upgrades later like swimming pool (cost involved) but you have freedom to do + most imp backyard + Spacious + Basement

 

So i would recommend HOUSE!!
