ajay0245 Posted July 3, 2015 Report Posted July 3, 2015 I got a job with indian MNC company as vendor at an end client location. The job chain is Employer-Vendor-MNC Company-End client. MNC Company mentioned they will give me a letter with only vendor company name, and no employer company information in the letter. Also, client mentions only MNC Company name in the letter, with no employer company information. Can we do amendment in this case, my employer is saying we may get employer-employee relationship issues in such cases without employer name in the client/primevendor letters. Role is good, but hesitating to move from present client with this issue. Can anyone pls give some advice.
