ceelogreen Posted July 6, 2015 Report Posted July 6, 2015 vijayawada lo Non availabilty teesko... corporation off lo adigithe valle chepthaaru process... mee relatives (both parents wud be fine) nunchi affidavits ( nee bith place palaana ani mention cheyaali document lo also mention that ur 10thclass certificate or someplace where u have VJW as birthplace ani.. ) Notary those affidavits .. ...after these u wil be good to go

My son, <<YOUR FULL NAME>>, was born on <<DOB>>, in <<BIRTH PLACE>>, INDIA. At the time he was born, his birth was not recorded by any department of the government of AP. Also my Son’s Secondary School Certificate and his passport show his date of Birth as <<DOB>>. I make the statements contained in this affidavit conscientiously, knowing the same to be true. (<<FATHER/MOTHER’S FULL NAME >>)
