Suppose you don't have a Lankan visa but solely Indian passport: normal ETA procedure.

15 dollar when applied for over the Internet and 20 dollar on-arrival.

Indian passport: ETA applied over the Internet with the link above 15 USD. Takes 15 minutes to get it after 3 minutes keying data, just did it for an Indian friend. When applied on arrival: takes _20_ USD, and probably a lot more than those 3 minutes for an extra queue and filling in a form with those same data you need for Internet.

Russian passport: 30 USD when Internet application, 35 USD when On Arrival.

Yeah. Got it. But maree antha undakapovocchu. Two times went via Colombo, Tamil vaallu chala mandhi unnaaru. Mana Hyd buses lo velle valla la..chala mandhi Chennai and Colombo madhya travel chesthu unnaru. Most of them were Tamilians.
