varma84 Posted July 7, 2015 Report Posted July 7, 2015 bro below from my research my frds worked in indian store during MS most of the items meda 20 to 30% margin vuntadhi (for various reason some items break even ki amali very few loss ki amali) AVG ga 20 to 30 % in gross sales after that rent labour u need to pay begining lo 100k gross sales per month cheste u will be good. ni vendors kuda nuvu new ani niku evkuva rate cheputharu(For example 1 rice bag niku 10$ ki ista adhe rice bag vadi old customers ki 9$ istadu) u need to build relation with ur vendors too mosty 1st year u will not make money u end up spending ur profits to marketing and big discounts to attract customer's 2nd year nunchi nuvu success ithe u will see big profits

U gave me the response I needed. I was expecting 30% profit after rent , employee salary paid... I'm Also hoping monthly sales to be min. 100k. Only issue I have with veggies... Can't find a vendor who can provide in my locality. Rent lease kuda konchem cheap ganey dorikindi../ around 4.5k/month includes nnn too.

Vadi family family motham anduloney Pani chestharu... So vadi store mundu konni sarlu nega vesamu ... Kani Vadu back nunchi samanlu unload chesthadu. I'm try thru other sources, like u said they are available 1.5hr away... Vallu deliver cheyyaru Anta.
