help me Credit Card Debts And Credit Score Screwed..

Hi Friends..

 

I owe credit card debt and its been 5 years since I made my last payment to the credit cards. In the mean time, I had to leave US and went to Indian but returned 2 years ago again to US.

 

I opened second chance bank account last year. Today there is a hold for the amount of $288.48 + ($100 legal processing fee)  on my bank account by United CCR partners.What should I do? Should I contact this debt collecting agency? Or should I just ask the bank to remove that hold as I did not authorize it? - Does this even work?

 

Please help me understand how to deal this United CCR partners... Thankyou

Contact a debt relief consultant/advisor and try to settle the debt..you may get most of them waived and you can pay the Balanchine in easy month installments  without any interest

 

Or just File for bankruptcy ASAP cos anyway your credit has been f#cked up !

 

Your creditors can go to court and have your wages garnished if you don't take any action now !
