I have been in regular contact with your mestri and have found an irregularity in employee paychecks. I have asked your mestri for proof of leave for his employees and he provided me with forwarded emails for each of you. I need to confirm that these leave slips are indeed from you and that all of the information included is correct. Please review the attached document and give me a call back at xxx-xxx-xxxx. Any reply you give me is confidential and your mestri will not be privy to our conversation. your mestri is aware that I am asking for confirmation from a sample of employees but is not aware which ones I am talking to.
