If it's a H1 extension and if it's denied ,you can file h1 again anytime you don't have to wait till next year(I mean till april)

1) better join in good state university for MS. then u can apply H1 next year. While u r doing MS u can marry and work part time. tell her that we get 1000$-2000$ we have to live with that. studio apartment works.

 

 

2)Apply for Canada PR

 

 

3)Apply for MAVNI reserve

 

 

If you choose either one of them u r fine.
