Gated Community 4.. pool and fitness Area 5. dont like all big floor building, Community should be big but it has to scattered.(for ex:- Camden) 6. Budget:- 800$ - 1200$ including the Washer and Dryer.

I moved from East coast to TX 2014 and thought the same.....Naa expenses chala ekkuva ayyayi after moving to TX.... i am paying 1460$ for 2 bed/2 bath with garage included...similar to east coast rent...

AFAIK...plano lo konni apartments full of desis,i heard 2-3 months waiting period vundanta.... check apts in preston rd..pepsico and few major companies akkada vunnai...
