VenkatD Posted July 15, 2015 Report Posted July 15, 2015 na client place lo one of these implement cheyali by Aug end, na manager gad emo na paina vadilesadu decision me suggestions please for the questions in REDShall I go for Hadoop or Apache Spark? As far I know - We should look at Hadoop as a general purpose Framework that supports multiple models and We should look at Spark as an alternative to Hadoop MapReduce rather than a replacement to Hadoop; it can run in Hadoop clusters through YARN or Spark's standalone mode, and it can process data in HDFS, HBase, Cassandra, Hive, and any Hadoop InputFormatI have been hearing and reading that Apache Spark will overshadow Hadoop in near future. is it true? That red one is partially true .. Spark and storm are realtime analysis . hadoop is batch .. So depends on requirement
