I think u clearly know the importance of the this so called pushkaralu?happens once in every 12 yrs.so generally ppl will be more enthusiastic to get into the festive ,have some dips or whatever and tirupathi,it's gonna be the same if u got there today are after 30 days.i hope u get my logic.

What in trying to say to say is,it not always the fault with the governance .incidents are bound to happen sumtimes no matter how careful u are.
