pjung88 Posted July 15, 2015 Report Posted July 15, 2015 hello friends, Perm processing meedha oka question. nenu full time work chesthuna - 3 yrs back maa company vallu perm file chesaru - adhi audit padi - maa attorney simple ga masters or bachelors + 5 yrs pettadu - audit lo they asked for all resumes received - DOL felt there are some qualified candidates - final ga reject ayyindhi. we received 65 resumes then and only one of them qualifiied as per her resume but maa manager interviewed her and did not feel she is capable but DOL did not agree to that. anyways, malli second PERM start chesaru - they are applying in the same way - masters or bachelors + 5 yrs pettaru - this time also we received 60 resumes and andulo 3 people are very well qualified (9 + experience per resume). so, i am not sure how they will handle.. so, naa question emiti ante -- 1. asalu companies lo direct FTE chese vallaki how do they handle this.. because they will get lot of resumes and i am sure some of them will qualify... 2. also, metro cities lo unna vallaki inka ekuava competition untundhi but ela chestharunaru.. ee two questions naaku eppati nuncho unna doubts.... I cannot change job because maa oorlu vere companies lo job naa technology meedha jobs levu and also, have not possible to move to different city due to family reasons.. any advice appreciated - last three years ee perm process valla chala effect ayya... almost 3 yrs wait chesina tarvatha reject ayyindhi..they started again but going through the same trouble again.. Thank you...

Simple man nuvvu certification raayu and show it in your resume that you are the best fit for this position and remember over qualified aithe kuda reject chestharu US lo for any position, so 9+yrs resume should not be a concern at all in your case and now you have Masters + few yrs exp(which is good) and all athe resumes your HR has wont be masters, so konni filter ayyayi and anything above 5yrs exp you can filter saying over experienced ani..ila chala untayi your HR should be aware of all this, that is the reason they hire HR people 2. also, metro cities lo unna vallaki inka ekuava competition untundhi but ela chestharunaru.. you have to prove yourself man like till now ne performance lo chupiyu that you are only fit for this job ani. ala create chepiyu Job requirement. FTE aina Contract vallu aina... reject chesi dobbutaaru vallani.... again depends on how your company treats you... yes, reject chestharu .. 1st time kuda allage chesaru kaani audit - audit lo they asked for all the resumes - DOL felt there is one candidate who is qualified - my company responded saying - she did not have enough experience\skillset for us offer her this position - but DOL did not buy this reply and denied the application.. ee sari kuda reject chestharu but malli audit padithee of course, audit padithene telusuthondhi DOL, otherwise most of them go through...
pjung88 Posted July 15, 2015 Author Report Posted July 15, 2015 Answers in RED, hope this helps LTT for experts yes, i have quite a few certifications.. i understand your point about over qualified ..i believe, my company will reject them and submit the perm - but again audit padithe - they may ask all resumes - since the first perm was rejected, chances are likely it may be audited again and DOL officer does not think in the same way as my HR/manager/company -- already first time reject ayyidhi kadha.... Of course, I can leave this and see what happens - but i am loosing lot of time in terms of immigration and unnecessary stress.. already 3 yrs back avvalsindhi..now, again,, not sure how it goes??
