Code change unit testing integration testing ..so 1 day pattedi 3 days ani 2 days patted 5 days ani . 3 managers man... Working with them from past 1 year... They can catch everything easily... China uncle sitting in my cubicle everyday to see the issues...

Worked for client 2 years, worked so hard 10 hrs mostly, and used to wake up in nights at 2-3AM to check for failed process. Bad luck is i am the only developer, production support in my team. I used to report directly to Gujju manager. Good thing is i used to bill for each and every hour. after 2 years, he took another guy in that position for fulltime naaku hand ichadu appudu ardam ayyindi padi padi eppudu work cheyyakudadu unless they give importance to you. Simple. Start looking for other positions, and jump. Else try to bill extra hours that you work for or Ask Comp-off for extra hrs.
